The lovely daffodils brought a smile to everyone's face!
Gardening 2007
Back in November we planted dwarf tulips. Everyone brought theirs home and we had some left over so Ms. O'Donoghue brought us outside to plant them. We also had a hyacinth in our classroom. Before we planted them outside we had them on the windowsill so they could get sun and air. We carried the plants outside. Laura planted the hyacinth. Aoife R, Kitty, Becky, and I planted the dwarf tulips. We planted the flowers near the car park and in the 1st and 2nd class yard.
We weeded the flower beds. Ms. O'Donoghue showed us lovely flowers. She showed us irises, crocuses, daffodils and cyclamens. We saw a lot of worms as well. We learned that flowers need air , sun, soil and water to live. Now the flower beds look very pretty.
